eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of
end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises
that the following resolutions were passed by shareholders
unanimously on a show of hands at its Annual General Meeting held
today. Resolutions 6, 7 and 9 included in the Notice of Meeting
were withdrawn and not considered at the meeting.
