Director Share Purchase

Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, was notified on 14 October 2015 that David Blain, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, had purchased 14,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 October 2015 at an average price of 57.97p per Ordinary Share.

The Ordinary Shares are held by Blain Associates Limited, a company of which David Blain is the sole shareholder.

Following this transaction, David Blain has a beneficial interest in 14,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
