        Appointment of Michel Thoulouze and Nick Collinson for Elite TV
                                        
Europe Vision plc announces that Michel Thoulouze and Nick Collinson have been 
appointed to establish Elite TV, following the Company's announcement on 15 
February that it had reached an agreement with Elite World S.A. to launch a new 
lifestyle channel which will aim to begin broadcasting in 2008.

Michel Thoulouze is an Emmy and Prix Italia award-winner and former Director of 
news and current affairs for French TV network, France 2. Michel was also a 
founding member and senior executive of French TV channel, M6.

However Michel is perhaps best known in television circles for being the 
mastermind behind one of France's biggest broadcasting successes, Canal+, 
creating thematic channels such as: Planete, Canal Jimmy, Cine Cinema, Seasons 
and Cineclassic. He was also responsible for the development and export of these
channels across Europe. As CEO of Canal+ International he launched Canal+ 
Belgique, Canal+ Spain, Premiere Germany and Canal+ Scandinavia.

Nick Collinson brings with him an in-depth knowledge of setting-up new TV 
enterprises and programming in France, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. His 
previous experience includes work for a wide range of satellite, content-on-
demand and PayTV enterprises across Europe. Nick's production credits include 
work with the animated feature film of 'The Magic Roundabout,' its spin-off TV 
series and related projects since 2002.

Europe Vision's Chairman, David Lowe, said: "We are delighted to have secured

Europe Vision became listed on AIM in July 2006 as a studio-to-screen European 
media company whose mission statement is to acquire and create media outlets and 
mould them into a self standing, single distribution structure.
