                              Total Voting Rights


For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total of number of ordinary
shares of 10p of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is
139,087,997 with each share carrying a right to one vote.


There are no shares held in treasury.


The total number of voting rights in Europe Vision PLC is therefore 139,087,997.


The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Europe Vision PLC, under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
