                    Evraz Group declares 2007 final dividend


April 17, 2008 - Evraz Group S.A. (LSE: EVR) announces that the Company's Board
of Directors has recommended that the annual general meeting of shareholders to
be held on May 15, 2008, approve a final dividend of US$4.20 per common share,
or US$1.40 per GDR, in respect of the year ended December 31, 2007, payable to
shareholders on the share register record date of May 14, 2008.  When added to
the interim dividend this will make a total dividend for the year of US$9.00 per
common share, or US$3.00 per GDR.
