EVRAZ RECEIVES VNESHECONOMBANK LOANS
November 27, 2008 - Evraz Group (LSE: EVR) ("Evraz" or the "Company") announces signing of a US$1,006.5 million loan with Russia's State
Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs "Vnesheconombank (VEB).
The first tranche in the amount of US$201.3 million was used to refinance the Company's short-term debt.
VEB approved credit lines for Evraz to refinance the Company's indebtedness under the syndicated loans in the amount of US$1,006.6
million and US$800 million.
