* All information on production volumes of the enterprises presented in the
press release concerns only the period of their operation within Evraz
Group. The total volume of rolled steel products excludes those re-rolled at
other Group's plants. These volumes are eliminated as intercompany sales for
purposes of Evraz's consolidated operating results.

1 Operational results of the Ukrainian assets - Dnepropetrovsk Steel Works and
coke chemical plants - are consolidated into the Group since December 12, 2007.
2 Operational results of Oregon Steel Mills are consolidated into the Group
since 12 January 2007. Operational results of Claymont Steel are consolidated
into the Group since January 2008. Operational results of IPSCO Canada are
consolidated into the Group since June 12, 2008.
3 Operational results of Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation are
consolidated since May 2007.
4 Operational results of the Sukha Balka Iron Ore Mining Complex are
consolidated into the Group since December 12, 2007.
5 Evraz Group held a 50% interest in ZAO Yuzhkuzbassugol until 8 June 2007 and
consolidated its results on an equity basis. Yuzhkuzbassugol mined 3,273
thousand tonnes of coking coal, 2,753 thousand tonnes of steam coal and produced
1,897 thousand tonnes of concentrate until 8 June 2007. Since 8 June 2007 the
financial results of Yuzhkuzbassugol are fully consolidated into the Group.

7 Operational results of Nikom, a.s., are consolidated into the Group since
December 20, 2007.
8 The disposal of the Vanchem operations was implemented with effect from August

Flat-rolled products include commodity plate, specialty plate and other flat
products.
Tubular products include large diameter line pipes, ERW pipes and casings,
seamless pipes and other tubular products.
Other steel products include rounds, grinding balls, mine uprights, strips etc.
For Ukraine they also include railway products, for Europe -slabs and crane
rails; for South Africa - rails.
