April 10, 2009 - In accordance with DR3.1.4R(1)(a), Evraz Group S. A. (LSE: EVR) 
(the "Company") announces that as a result of the 2008 Interim Partial 
Scrip Dividend Election, details of which were announced by the Company on 
December 17, 2008 and approved by the Extraordinary Meeting of Company's 
Shareholders on January 30, 2009, the Company has received notifications that 
the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility were 
allotted Global Depositary Receipts representing shares in Evraz Group S.A. as
