Further to the vesting of shares as at 1 June 2012 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for 2010 and for 2011, the Company was advised on the same date of the following changes to the interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares of USD 1.00 each ("Shares"):
