Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 21 December 2018 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan, has purchased the 4,376 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The purchase price per share was GBP4.8339.

The Company was advised on the same date of the following changes to the interests of the current Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares with a nominal value of USD 0.05 each ("Shares"):
