30 August 2019 - Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy" or the "Company") (EXI.LN), a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), further to its announcement on 28 June 2019, announces that the Company is continuing to cooperate with the Company's external professional service providers in relation to the work on the consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the Group's annual report.

A further announcement will be made no later than 31 October 2019.
