                                Issue of Equity


First Artist Corporation plc (the "Company"), the integrated marketing, sport
and entertainment management group, today announces that it has received a
Notice of Exercise of Subscription Rights over 40,000 new ordinary shares of
2.5p each ("Shares") in the capital of the Company from Cornell Capital Partners
LP (formerly Montgomery Partners LP) at an exercise price of 48.375p per share,
pursuant to an agreement dated 13 September 2005.


Following the allotment of the above Shares, the Company now has 13,065,799
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in issue.


Application has today been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM,
and dealings are expected to commence on 2 May 2007.
