Correction to RNS no. 0471E where the price of shares acquired was incorrectly 
stated as 1.115 pence. The correct price should have read 111.5 pence per share.

                           Director/PDMR Shareholding



First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the integrated
marketing, sport and entertainment management group, announces that it has today
been notified by the trustees, Capita Trustees Limited, that on 13th September
2007 the First Artist Employee Benefit Trust (the 'Trust') acquired an interest
in 75,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares')
at a price of 111.5 pence per share.


Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 100,000 Shares, which represents
0.87% of the Company's issued share capital.


The Shares have been acquired by the Trust to satisfy certain awards of employee
share options. The following directors, all of whom are executive directors,
hold relevant options and are therefore deemed to have an interest in the Shares
held by the Trust.
