         First Artist Corporation plc ("First Artist" or the "Company")

                            Director's Shareholding

First Artist was informed today that Vinicio Fioranelli, an Executive Director
of First Artist, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company earlier today at a price of 39p per share.

Accordingly, Vinicio Fioranelli is now interested in 8,355,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 15.57 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
