950,969 ordinary shares in the company, representing 19.0% of the issued
share capital.

This holding is made up as follows:

Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd, representing 14.98% of the issued share capital
registered under:

HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) a/c 764685 - 500,000 ordinary shares
HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) a/c 944287 - 250,000 ordinary shares

The remaining 200,969 ordinary shares are held under various nominee accounts.
