Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings

FFastFill Plc ("FFastFill" or the "Company") announces today that, pursuant to the Recommended Offer by Pattington Limited which was declared unconditional as to acceptances on 15 March 2013, application has been made for the admission of 31,399,268 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM in relation to the exercise of share options and warrants by Directors and employees.

The number above includes the following share options, which were exercised by Directors of the Company on 20 March 2013:
