Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) ("Fluormin" or the "Company") has been notified that Mark Bolton, Co-CEO of the Company, today purchased 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 53p per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Bolton holds 983,333 shares in the Company representing 1.82 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
