entirety to include that number of shares owned by David Power in
Flutter Entertainment plc which is unchanged at 3,472,822. David
Power's percentage holding in Flutter Entertainment plc changed
only as a result of new shares issued following the merger with
The Stars Group Inc. which became effective on 5 May 2020.
