             Distribution Agreements Signed for Ability Software in
                        the United States and Australia

Formjet plc ("Formjet"), the AIM quoted licensed software vendor, is pleased to
announce that it has signed exclusive distribution agreements for Ability
Software in the United States and Australia. Ability Software is Formjet's
utility software division and formally launched its range of low cost office
products for 2005 on 26th January. Formjet acquired the exclusive world wide
selling rights for Ability's products last year and has already created a
distribution and business partnership reseller structure in the UK and is
establishing a country partner scheme for international distribution. These
agreements form part of that strategy.

In the United States, Formjet has granted exclusive OEM and retail sales
distribution rights for Ability Software to Clearview Productions Inc., based in
Chicago, Illinois, on a rolling one year agreement. Clearview Productions'
customers include national retail chains Target, Comp, Fry's Electronics, MEI
Micro Centres and Best Buy Corporation. In Australia, exclusive OEM and retail
sales distribution rights have been granted to Comet Software Pty Limited based
in Perth, Western Australia, again on a rolling one year agreement. It is
expected that Comet Software will become the Australian distributor for other
(existing and future) Formjet software products.

Commenting on the agreements, Lyndon Chapman, Formjet's Chairman & Chief

Formjet acquires territorial rights to 'alternative' software products and
markets, sells, distributes and supports these products in the UK and
internationally, standing in place of the vendor. The business model has been
built around its current UK rights to Panda anti-virus and internet security
software. Formjet has a family of alternative software products, which now
include Panda, FileStream and Ability.
