                      Extension of Panda Software Licence

Formjet, the AIM listed alternative software vendor, announces the extension of
its exclusive licence to distribute Panda software products in the UK. The
original licence was due to expire in January 2006 but has now been extended, on
the same contract terms, to January 2008. The Company and Panda intend to
negotiate a further extension at the appropriate time.

Panda is one of Formjet's key product ranges and has delivered strong revenue
growth over the last three years. It is recognised as one of the principal
anti-virus software providers worldwide and is the market leader in a number of
European countries including Spain and Portugal.

Commenting on the announcement Formjet Chairman and Chief Executive Lyndon
Chapman said: "This is a very important development for the Group, which will
enable us to execute our proposed expansion strategy for next year and beyond
with the considerable contribution from our Panda business secured. We continue
to believe that we can capture a sizeable slice of the UK IT security market and
new marketing and PR campaigns coupled with loyalty programmes to our
distributors and resellers are set to be announced for 2006. These will further
differentiate the product from those of our competitors."

for our Ability software brand to launch antivirus and anti malware products
under the Ability name and corporate style. This enables Ability to broaden its
product range and open up its retailer successes to Panda based products.
