Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Fountain Forestry 1998 Approved
Share Option Scheme over a total of 15,250 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the
company ("New Ordinary shares"), application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for admission to trading to the Alternative Investment Market
("Admission").

Admission of the New Ordinary shares is expected to occur on 18 December 2003.
