Fintel plc, the leading independent
provider of fintech and support services to
the UK's retail financial services sector, announces that
it has been notified that Ken Davy, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has transferred, in aggregate, 9,300,000 ordinary shares
in the Company for nil consideration to 3 family trusts in respect
of which he is a trustee, as part of a financial planning exercise.
