CALGARY, November 10 , 2003 - First Calgary Petroleums Ltd.("FCP") announces
that pursuant to its Block Admissions of 18 December 2002 for 9,781,333 common
shares reserved for issuance (underlying 1,718,000 warrants and 8,063,333 stock
options) and 3 November 2003 for 2,223,617 common shares reserved for issuance
(underlying 893,617 warrants and 1,330,000 stock options), FCP makes the
following notification for the period from 1 December 2002 to 30 September 2003
as required by Schedule 8 of the AIM Rules:

186,700 stock options were cancelled as itemized in the preceding table.
