    Frame 1 announces that, further to the announcement made at 12.10pm today, John Titley and Andrew Poxon of Leonard Curtis have been
appointed as administrators to Frame 1 (2004) Limited by one of the Company's creditors. Frame 1 (2004) Limited is the Company's only
trading subsidiary and, as such, its primary asset. Further announcements will be made in due course.
