(NYSE: FTI) announced today that Jay A. Nutt has been appointed
Vice President. He assumed his current responsibilities as

been with FMC since 1987. During his 22-year career, he has held a
number of financial positions of increasing responsibility. In
2001, he was named Division Controller of Energy Production Systems
and advanced to Controller of Energy Systems in 2007. He is a 1985
graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in accounting, and a 1991 graduate of Loyola
University where he was awarded a Master of Business Administration
