Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 19 September 2007, that Roy Stanley
had an interest in 3,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 9.48 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 37,968,937 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
