Acquisition

Rentokil Initial plc (FTSE: RTO) has today agreed to acquire the pest control division of Green Compliance Plc (the Business) for a total consideration of GBP4.0m in cash: GBP3.25m in initial consideration, with a further GBP0.75m payable over 12 months in line with normal contractual protections and the achievement of certain operational targets. The Business had audited revenues of GBP5.0m for the year ended 31 March 2013. The transaction is anticipated to complete on 31 December 2013.
