I joined a company years ago on verge of bankruptcy. Stock was on NASDAQ at $0.20/share. They survived and stock went as high as $140/share, but now sits at a fraction of the high due to mismanagement. Peaks and valleys are tough to time, but we certainly have some nice arrows in the quiver. 

Having just read and spoke to proxy solicitors, I believe Blue is having problems with 1:20 rs…
I recommended they amend Prop 4 to vote 1:10 and many of us would Approve..let’s see what happens ….
