Move to Main Market of LSE: Prospectus published

Qatar Investment Fund plc (QIF) has today published a prospectus and applied for the admission of its ordinary shares and warrants to the Premium Listing segment and the Standard Listing segment, respectively, of the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

Dealings in the QIF's ordinary shares and warrants on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange are expected to commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 13 May 2011. Simultaneously QIF's ordinary shares and warrants will cease trading on AIM.

The dealing codes for the ordinary shares will remain unchanged, as follows:
