Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 4 September 2015 it purchased 12,000 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.2075.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,033,735 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 138,385,042 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 138,385,042 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
