Notification of Major Shareholding
The Company was notified on 22 June 2021 that, on the same day,
Martin Bolland acquired an additional 452,314 ordinary shares of
EUR0.001 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of GBP1.02 per
Share, as a result of which Mr Bolland's total holding has
increased to 1,236,142 Shares representing approximately 3.41% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
