Glantus (AIM: GLAN), the provider of Accounts Payable ("AP") automation and analytics solutions, announces that it received notification on 20 February 2023 that Diane Gray Smith, Interim CFO and Executive Director, purchased 125,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9 pence per share. Following the purchase, Diane Gray Smith holds 310,714 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.82% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
