Trading Statement

Gaming Corporation plc ("Gaming Corporation" or the "Company")

In response to the recent share price increase, the Board of Gaming Corporation
announces the following trading statement:

In line with the overall increase of traffic to gaming websites amongst UK
public companies, the Company has experienced significantly higher numbers of
customers to its leading gaming site www.casino.co.uk and its recently
established poker site www.findpoker.com.

During January 2005, Gaming Corporation achieved in excess of 2 million unique
visitors to its websites; double the figure recorded in September 2004.

Casino.co.uk is now ranked the UK's number one gaming website. In addition, the
Company has now finalised the development of a range of casino games for mobile
phones.

In light of the changing UK regulatory environment, the directors are
continually evaluating opportunities in online gaming and believe that there are
significant opportunities for future growth.
