Appointment of Group Finance Director

The Board of Gaming Corp (AIM: GMC), the leading gaming portal operator and
owner of both Gambling.com and Casino.co.uk is pleased to announce the
appointment of Paul Tuson as Group Finance Director.

Paul Tuson, aged 39, has held senior finance roles with a variety of technology
and media companies. During his career Paul has been Group Finance Director for
two AIM companies. Stream Group plc, a provider of consumer information and
entertainment content and applications via mobile and fixed line telephony
channels and Strategic Thought Group plc, a provider of market leading risk
management software and solutions for enterprises, raised �10m on IPO in 2005
and was voted IPO of the Year at the Quoted Company Awards 2006. Post IPO Paul
identified Strategic Thought's number one UK competitor as a potential
acquisition target and managed the process from initial discussions through to a
successful completion. Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 with
KPMG, with whom he worked for seven years in the Thames Valley, Boston (US) and
London offices.

Peter Williams, the existing Finance Director has stepped down from the Board of
Gaming Corp. Peter has assisted the Group through its rapid growth and flotation
as an AIM listed company. The board would like to thank Peter for the
significant contribution he has made to the Company over the past 6 years.

Paul Tuson has been granted warrants over 2 Million shares in the Company at the
average mid price in the 5 days preceding his appointment.
