Gaming Corporation plc ("The Company")

Exercise of warrants

The Company announces that the following new ordinary shares have been issued
and allotted following an exercise of warrants by Jason Drummond, Chairman and
Justin Drummond, Chief Executive on 6 June 2006. These shares will be admitted
to trading on 14 June.

Details of this warrant exercise and the resultant holdings of the Directors
concerned are as follows:
