GOTTEX MARKET NEUTRAL TRUST LIMITED (IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (the "Company") 
 
(a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability under 
the laws of Guernsey with registration number 46429) 
 
At a general meeting of the Company held on 30 June 2011, shareholders passed 
the proposals to wind-up the Company. 
 
The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2011 and Ashley Paxton and Robert Kirkby, 
both of KPMG Channel Islands Limited were appointed joint liquidators (the 
"Liquidators"). 
 
The Liquidators announce the following first interim distribution: 
 
Distribution GBP 0.45 per share 
 
Date of distribution 29 February 2012 
 
The Liquidators are currently in the process of receiving funds for positions 
that were redeemed pre-liquidation and executing transfers for positions sold 
pre-liquidation. 
 
In addition the liquidators are attempting to realise sales for illiquid 
securities that were unable to be sold pre-liquidation. 
 
As such, the exact timing and amount of the second and final distribution is 
subject to the realisations noted above and any additional claims from 
creditors that may be received. 
 
This distribution will be paid by way of cheque drawn upon a UK clearing bank 
posted to the shareholder's registered address.
