Results of Annual General Meeting 5
December 2024
The Company announces that at the seventh
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company duly convened and
held on 5 December 2024, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice
of Meeting were duly passed on a poll.

in the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024,

In accordance with listing rule 9.6.2 a copy of
the resolutions has been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at:
