Directors' Dealings
GeoPark announces that a total of 6,460 ordinary shares of
US$0.001 each ("Shares") have been issued today in favor of Steven
Quamme, Juan Cristobal Pavez, Christian Weyer, Sir Michael
Jenkinsand Peter Ryalls,Non-Executive Directors of the Company, in
lieu of directors' fees and benefits payable quarterly in arrears
to them in accordance with the terms of their appointments, at the
prices and in the amounts set out below:

Management, LLC and details of his non-beneficial shareholding in
GeoPark as at November 26, 2012 are as follows: 4,120,059 Shares
are held by Cartica Corporate Governance Fund, L.P., 205,153 Shares
are held by Cartica Capital Partners Master, L.P., and 576,760
shares are held by Cartica Investors, L.P. Mr Quamme's beneficial
holding is 4,516 Shares.
The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing shares in issue. As a result of these dealings, GeoPark
now has 43,495,585 Shares in issue.
