GeoPark Holdings Limited ("GeoPark" or the "Company") announces that it received notification on 11 January 2013 that in connection with winding down certain family trusts, on 10 January 2013 the wife of Gerald O'Shaughnessy, trustee of the concerned trusts, transferred to the beneficiaries of those trusts who are their adult children, legal title to 1,098,921 GeoPark shares. Gerald O'Shaughnessy, Chairman of the Company, now has a notifiable interest in 7,073,872 GeoPark shares representing 16.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
