    Goldshield - SFO leave to appeal refused
    The Court of Appeal has today refused the Serious Fraud Office leave to appeal Mr Justice Pitchford's decision to refuse its application
to amend its indictment of Goldshield Group.  The decision marks the close of a period of 6 years during which the allegations have been
hanging over the Company.  
    Commenting on the ruling, Keith Hellawell, Chairman of Goldshield said: "We are all delighted by this decision, which cannot be
appealed.  It provides the company with certainty that the allegations are now in the past and allows us to focus entirely on driving the
business forward.  Goldshield has maintained a very good relationship with the Department of Health throughout and now looks forward to
continuing to build on that."
