Application was been made to AIM on 20 August 2010 to increase the Company's
Block Scheme by an aggregate of 2,545,750 common shares and the increase become
effective on 26 August, 2010. As of 14 September 2010, the number of common
shares issuable under the Block Scheme will be 9,845,061 common shares of no par
value in the Company.
As at the date of this announcement the Company has 84,213,697 common shares in
issue.
As at 22 July 2004, the date of the Company's admission to AIM, the Company had
an issued
share capital of 20,265,762 common shares with no par value admitted to trading
on AIM.
