Result of General Meeting

Cancellation of Admission of Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM

The Company announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution relating to the proposed cancellation of Admission of Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM was passed.

Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the trading facility in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at close of business on 23 April 2018, with Cancellation taking effect on 24 April 2018, being a date five business days following the General Meeting.
