GBAT Securities PLC (the `Subsidiary')

Further to the announcement made by the Company and its Subsidiary on 11
October 2004, dealings in the shares of the Company and its Subsidiary will be
suspended as of 7.30 am on Wednesday, 27 October 2004. It is anticipated that
the shares will be delisted and removed from CREST no later than 27 October
2005.
