Issue of Shares



In relation to the provision of services by Mr Kenneth Denos (formerly a
director of the Company), Healthcare Enterprise Group PLC has allotted 455,996
shares to Mr Denos in satisfaction of professional fees.



Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM. The
shares are expected to start trading shortly, bringing the issued share capital
of the Company to 186,845,725.
