March 2007 that PIHL Equity LLP, and its subsidiaries, have direct and indirect
voting right interests in 14,078,905 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the
Company, being approximately 4.66% of the issued ordinary share capital of HCEG
of 302,216,720 ordinary shares.



This disclosure is made as a result of PIHL Equity LLP restating their historic
interest in the Company in compliance with the FSA's new Disclosure and
