Exercise of Options

The Company announces that a total of 1,811,936 new ordinary 2.5p shares have
been issued and allotted pursuant to the Company's option scheme.

An option holder exercised these options on 26 April 2007 at 2.5p per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary 2.5p shares to be admitted to AIM
and trading is expected to commence shortly, bringing the issued share capital
of the Company to 304,028,656.
