Aim Delisting: Posting of Circular
On 17 March 2011, the Company announced that it intended to seek
Shareholder approval for the cancellation of admission to trading
on AIM of the Ordinary Shares ("Delisting") with effect from 19
April 2011.
The general meeting to seek shareholder approval for the
Delisting will be held at Somerset House, Temple Street, Birmingham
B2 5DJ at 2pm on 11 April 2011. The circular convening the general
meeting has been posted to shareholders and is available on the
Company's website: www.hephaestus-holdings.com
