Notifiable interest

The Company was informed by a letter dated 3 February 2005 that Schroder
Investment Management Limited has an interest in 2,325,676 ordinary shares in
the Company.  The shares are held in portfolios managed by Schroder Investment
Management Limited on a discretionary basis for clients under investment
management agreements.

The Company was also informed that those 2,325,676 ordinary shares in the
Company are held in a unit trust operated and managed by Schroder Unit Trusts
Limited and are to be registered in the name of Chase Nominee Limited.

Therefore, Schroder Investment Management Limited, through their subsidiary are
interested in an overall aggregate of 2,325,676 shares, representing some
12.883% of the total number of shares in issue, namely 18,052,100.
