FINANCIAL ADVISERS

Helphire Group is pleased to announce the appointment of UBS as joint financial
adviser and broker with Collins Stewart.

Commenting on the change, Mark Jackson, Chief Executive said:

"All of the executive directors have exercised options as set out above.

Some executive directors have retained shares and others have sold them,
primarily to meet exercise costs, consequent tax liabilities and/or personal
commitments.

The Chairman remains the Company's largest private shareholder. Both the CEO and
the Deputy Chairman have increased their holding in the company and, overall, no
executive director has reduced their pre-existing shareholding."
