holds 6,150,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue excluding shares held as treasury shares

shares as treasury shares.

HICL, excluding treasury shares is 2,025,338,061. This figure may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, HICL under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
